I've traveled, and lived all over the world as a military kid, and have learned quite a lot over the course of my adventures. As a Chef, my goal is to bring out the best in American cuisine, with some global twists. You can expect to taste many the flavors that I enjoyed during my time abroad in Japan, Portugal, Korea, and so many more countries... with enough American staples to bring you back, when you want something warm and comforting.
I believe that some of the best eating is to be had here in Las Vegas, and couldn't think of any better place to live.
